Andrew O'Neill began his real estate career in the early 1990's and has nearly 17 years working within the real estate industry. Bill Mulligan is responsible for ORA's residential brokerage pursuits. During his tenure at First Horizon Home Loans, Bill originated over 400 mortgage transactions; exceeding 150 million in loan volume. He attributes his success to reliable service, a strong value system and a large network of loyal clients. After 6 years with First Horizon Home Loans, Bill attended the Long and Foster Institute of Real Estate and affiliated with Keller Williams Capital Properties. Over the last two years he has enjoyed representing both sellers and buyers. Bill’s clients value his extensive transaction experience, lending background and attention to detail. Over the past year Bill has managed all systems related to the tenancy, preservation and disposition of Fannie Mae non-performing assets. Bill is a real estate investor and a residential rehabilitation specialist. He has been a member of the Washington Area Real Estate Investors Network for the past 8 years. He is also an active member of Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, Washington DC Association of Realtors, Advisory Neighborhood Commission of Columbia Heights, Georgia Avenue Community Development Task Force and the Pleasant Plains Civic Association.
